AR TSW-510 Refoam Kit
This is the correct kit for the AR TSW-510 Refoam Kit and more.
Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair two (2) woofers and two (2) mids:
– Refoaming Instructions
– Two 10″ Foam Surrounds (F10-5)
– Two 6.5″ Foam Surrounds (F6-3)
– 1 Tube of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (strong and sticky to bond on the graphite cones)
*Due to the unique dust caps we recommend hand centering on these mids and woofers. If you want to shim the voice coils you can peel up the original dust caps and re-use them when the speakers are completed.
10″ Woofer
A – Outside diameter of the surround = 9.75″
B – Roll ends = 8.875″
C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 7.75″
D – Inside diameter of the surround = 7.125″
6.5″ Mid
A – Outside diameter of the surround = 5.95″
B – Roll ends = 5.438″
C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 4.625
D – Inside diameter of the surround = 4.25″
