Boston Acoustics Complete Refoam Kit
This is the correct kit that fits on the 6.5″ woofers and the 8″ passive radiators. You may have to trim 1/8″ off the outside of the surround to fit inside the recessed lip of the basket.

Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair two (2) woofers and two (2) passives:
– Refoaming Instructions
– Two 6.5″ and two 8″ Filleted Foam Surrounds
– Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (strong and sticky to bond on poly cones)
*We recommend hand centering this woofer instead of shimming the voice coil when replacing the foam surround. When the glue is still tacky you can move the cone up and down. If you feel or hear the voice coil rubbing, just keep moving the cone assembly until it is free of rubbing.
8″ Passives
A – Outside diameter of the surround = 7.625″
B – Roll ends = 7.125″
C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 6″
D – Inside diameter of the surround = 5.5″
6.5″ Woofers
A – Outside diameter of the surround = 5.95″
B – Roll ends = 5.375″
C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 4.625″
D – Inside diameter of the surround = 4.4″
