JBL 10″ Narrow Surround Complete Refoam Kit for JBL Lancer 77 Speakers
This kit will fit the JBL LE10A woofers and the PR10 passive radiators.
Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair two (2) woofers and two (2) passives:
– Refoaming Instructions
– Four 10″ Narrow Foam Surrounds (F10-12)
– Shims For Centering the 3″ Voice Coils (if selected)
– Two 4.124″ Inverted(Concave) Paper Dust Caps (for the woofers) (if selected)
– 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (Dries Clear)
*It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. JBL woofers have a very tight voice coil gap which leaves little room for error. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing. The passives do not have a voice coil, so you do not need to worry about centering them.

D – Inside diameter of the surround : 7″
